A sensors drivers API.

Current status

v0.1, which include a sample working driver for winbond w83781d, w83782d and w83783s chips family and a little command line tool to test it... and any future compliants drivers.

A separate fake sensors chip driver is also available for those who want to play with this API but don't have winbond chips on their systems.
